Message: "Load paper"

Do you see this message when you want to print a document? It does not mean that the printer is out of paper.

The message means that your print job was sent with a paper size that does not match the standard A4 or A3 paper loaded in the Canon printer.

To print your document, follow these steps:

1. Select Status Monitor on the printer control panel.

   

   Open the Status Monitor.

2. Select a standard paper size, such as A4 or A3, for your print job.
