Printing with the Campus Print app Canon NL July 29, 2026 13:27 Updated Use the Campus Print app to send print jobs from your smartphone or tablet to a Canon printer. The app is available to students, employees and guest users. Install the Campus Print app first. The Campus Print app icon.There are two ways to print a file: Open the file from the Campus Print app. Open the file in another app and share it with the Campus Print app. 1. Open a file in the Campus Print app Open the Campus Print app and choose what you want to print. You can select a document, a photo, or take a new photo with your camera. Open the Campus Print app. Tap Print Document, Print Photo, or Open Camera. Open Camera lets you take a photo and print it immediately. Select the document or photo. Check or change the print settings. You can also change these settings later at a Canon printer. Tap Print. Your print job is sent to the print queue. You can release it at any Canon printer. 2. Share a file from another app Is your file stored in a cloud storage service such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive? You can share it directly with the Campus Print app. You do not need to open the Campus Print app first. The example below uses Google Drive on iOS. Open your cloud storage app. Go to the file that you want to print. Tap the three-dot menu. Open the More options menu. Tap Open in. Other apps may use names such as Open in another app, Export, or Send a copy. Tap Open in. Select Campus Print from the list of apps. Select the Campus Print app. The Campus Print app opens. Check or change the print settings. Tap Print. Your print job is sent to the print queue. You can release it at any Canon printer.
