Linking or unlinking a card Canon NL July 30, 2026 08:52 Updated As a student or guest user, would you like to log in to the printer using a card, such as a UU campus card or a personal card? If so, please link a card to your account first. You can use a card such as a public transport chip card. You only need to link the card once at a Canon printer. Link your card First, request a PIN code in the UU Print Portal . The PIN code is immediately visible in the UU Print Portal. You will also receive it by email. Are you using the Campus Print app? The PIN is also visible there. Hold your card against the card reader. Wait until you hear a beep. The location of the card reader may differ between Canon printers. Hold your card against the card reader. The Canon printer shows that the card is unknown. Enter your PIN code. Enter your PIN code. Tap Login. Your card is now linked to your account. You can use the card to sign in to any Canon printer. Tap Log out when you are finished. You can also hold your card against the card reader again. Wait until you hear a beep. Unlink your card Have you lost your card? Or do you no longer want to use it for printing? Unlink the card in the Print Portal. Go to the UU Print Portal . Log in with your Solis-id. Click the account button. Open the account menu. Click Cards. Click Unlink cards. Close all tabs in the browser to log out.
