Request a refund of your print credit

As a student, you can request a refund via the UU Print Portal and the Campus Print app; you can request a refund of your own print credit, provided the amount is more than 5 euros.

With a Solis guest account, you are not entitled to a refund.

After we receive your request, your remaining print credit will be refunded to your bank account within 2 to 3 weeks. 

Request a refund in the UU Print Portal

1. Go to the UU Print Portal .
2. Sign in with your Solis-id.
3. Select Credit.
4. Select Refund.
5. Enter the following information:
   • Account holder name.
   • Your UU email address.
   • IBAN.
6. Select Request Refund.
7. Close all tabs in the browser to log out.

Request a refund in the Campus Print app

Important

You cannot request a refund while Automatic Top Up is enabled. Turn off Automatic Top Up in the UU Print Portal first.

1. Open the Campus Print app.
2. Select Top Up.
3. Select Refund.
4. Enter the following information:
   • Account holder name.
   • Your UU email address.
   • IBAN.
5. Select Request Refund.
